Unlike most smoke bush varieties, Magical️® Torch flowers on new wood!

A breeding breakthrough! Cotinus Magical️️️️️️️️️️️️️® Torch is the 1st of its kind to bloom on one-year-old wood! A true season extender: cut it back after winter, and it will reward you with airy mauve-pink plumes from July through October—blooming later than those produced on two-year-old wood.

And there’s more! Cut flower growers are going to love its dual-purpose harvest: in addition to the blooms, the rich purple-red stems can be cut as a second product – all from the same stock block!

In the landscape, Magical️® Torch adds warm summer and fall interest, with mauve-pink plumes held above purple-red foliage.
